You won't know for sure until next year. Over 90% of ships used the downtown Canada Place Piers this year.

The port of Vancouver normally releases the cruise ship schedule somewhere between the end of January and the end of February each year. While for the past few years cruise ship operations have been consolidated at Canada Place except for a few dates in May and Sept. when there are a number of ships repositioning thru Vancouver and then Ballantyne pier is used. However, as the Sun is going to be in Vancouver on week days it is quite likely that it will use Canada Place but that is certainly not a certainty....I would check this link after late January for a 99.9% answer.

thank you so much for the info. I figured sailing on a Monday might increase the likelyhood of docing at Canada Place.

When Norwegian was sailing regularity from Vancouver it used the west side of Canada Place so it could end up there again.
