Shareholder Room Credit

Go to "Manage My Cruise" once you're signed in, then click on the cruise you want to see docs for, then tick the box for cruise documents and you'll be able to see them!

(PS: They open up in a .pdf file)

You should also be able to see them in the "billing" tab, but I've read that some people can't, depending on how they're booked. Viewing the documents is how I do it to be absolutely sure.

HTH!

I've never been able to see them in billing but yes- if you got to print cruise documents (another couple of steps if you really want to print) and go to the page with the financial stuff on it (pg 2 or 3?). At the bottom of the box with the cruise fares there will be a line printed in for on board credit.
