L@@King for Hotel Help... Tampa Florida ????

L@@king for a hotel in Tampa for the one night prior to the cruise. L@@king for a very reasonable (cheap) hotel since we will only arrive in time for a little dinner and time for bed.

 

:rolleyes: Considered renting a car in Georgia and dropping off in Tampa but can't seem to locate a nice hotel close to rental car place and then does the hotel shuttle to the port ???

 

We'd appreciate any info, Thanks in Advance ...:confused: :confused:

Just scroll down a ways and you will find a thread called "Hotel suggestions for Tampa". Cracker Ken has done a lot work in putting together very good information concerning what Hotels are good and in good locations.

Go for a 3 or 4 star on Priceline in the Airport zone, and just use the money you save to pay for a cab if you have to.

We booked the Courtyard Marriott online for $89. It's about 2 miles from the port. I believe the shuttle is free.

We loved our Inspiration cruise. How many in your party? We did a pre-cruise stay at Chase Hotels. They shuttle to the pier and offer free breakfast. Have a wonderful time.
