I don't think so as NCL ships tend to deal with American currency only.

But don't quote me, i could be wrong. All that I have read on the boards here lean towards American $.

and if they did the exchange rate would be outrageous(as it is to get US dollars from pounds)...

If you are stopping in Canada, most tourist merchants will take US cash at a decent rate or you can use any ATM at a decent exchange tied to your own bank account.

If you are in Canada, most merchants also accept Visa or Mastercard and the credit card company will do the necessary exchange on the money.

 

Most tourist areas in Canada have money exchange locations where you can bring your currency in to swap for Canada dollars.

 

The ships only deal in US dollars as far as I can tell.
