Cruise insurance

I always buy annual travel insurance but I was wondering do I need to buy special cruise insurance or will my regular travel insurance be sufficient.

Ali ~ not familiar with annual travel insurance. Do you travel a lot? In my experience, I always purchase a policy for a specific trip that covers everything from lost luggage to illness. You should probably call your insurance company to see what exactly would be covered for your cruise.

It depends on your policy. Does it cover trip interruption/cancellation, medical, baggage, med evac. If so then it is fine if not get some more. Also ensure it covers out of country too.
