Linking Reservations

Recommended Posts

I have booked 2 connecting staterooms for my cruise with hubby and my 2 children. After much consideration we have booked our dining for 6pm for a table of 4.

Soooo... now my aunt and my mom are thinking about joining us! After they book, how do I link their reservation to ours so we can sit together at dinner and book shows, excursions etc?

Thanks :)

If you booked directly with Royal, you can use their website or call them to have reservations linked. If you booked with a travel agent, contact them to link the reservations.

Yes! We did something similar on our allure cruise. Me and DH and our girls (two rooms) booked with RCI inlaws with a cruise line. I called RCI they put a note on their end but said the travel agent had to do it on her end to confirm it before it was "officially" linked. Also they could not link them till we were all on the same dining time (some were wait listed) but after we were all on early we were all linked!! Hope that helped!

We booked with an online travel agent and they are probably going to book directly with RCI.

Would I still have to email our travel agency?

Yes, most likely both reservations will have to request linking with each other.

You can do it online at RCI's website. I have done it for our last three cruises with success. You must know all of the separate confirmation numbers, and do it in the before you board section, either in the dining planning area or the set sail pass portion (if you are sailing with minors).
