sandm Posted October 4, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2012 Bill or Andy (or anyone), I can't seem to find whether it would be allowed. We would love to combine our passions of cruising and riding. Could we bring our bicycles to use at every port? Would we keep them in our stateroom?
azevedan Posted October 4, 2012 #2 Share Posted October 4, 2012 It must be allowed - a couple had their bikes on our Azamara cruise (Eastern Med, May 2011). They toured in all the ports. Looked like a *great* way to see the countrysides!
TerryAndDoug Posted October 4, 2012 #3 Share Posted October 4, 2012 Since bicycles have spokes, Azamara would likely consider them "bespoke", and would then happily welcome them onboard. Sorry, couldn't resist. :) Doug

Ithikan Posted October 5, 2012 #5 Share Posted October 5, 2012 Such a great idea, I hope you'll pull this off - please let us know! Our shore ex with bicycles on Guernsey and at Bordeaux in August were hands-down the best ship excursions of the cruise. Paid 50% off prior to the cruise (the GOOD OLD DAYS) and the experience was sublime! To be outdoors, at a bike's pace, smelling the flowers and knowing we'd be whisked back onboard for dinner, drinks and entertainment, ahhh.
