I took this photo on Day 6 while we were having lunch at the Solarium Bar. I can't recall why I took the photo but I must have had a good reason at the time.

Jim....Love those pictures!!!
That had to be fun to watch the new crew members do that training exercise.

The 58* F has to be a shock to you!! Its always cold between Cabo and SD or LA. Now you'll know to be prepared for the start of your return out of SD.

My personal preference of solarium's is on the Vision class ships.

Enjoy your day at sea.....while others are busy packing and getting ready for tomorrows end of their journey, you can relax!!!! :)

We've done the Mexican Riviera route several times and it is ALWAYS cold and windy heading North back from Cabo. Today is sunny and warm (at least 80 deg) here in So. California, but at sea it's a different story...

It is turning into a beautiful day. There are still swells running and there is a lot of movement of the ship but not much wind.

We had breakfast in the MDR for the first time.

[COLOR="Navy"]We were both disappointed![/COLOR]

Judith ordered Oatmeal with toast. The oatmeal came almost instantly and the toast took 30 minutes and arrived stone cold. [I]It is hard to spread ice cold butter on cold toast![/I]

My Eggs Benedict took 30 minutes to arrive and were just barely warm when they did. The Canadian Bacon on one of them was about as big as a postage stamp. The English Muffins were dry or stale or both.

I had to plead and beg to get a Diet Coke.

We have had a lot of early morning rain on this cruise. Usually before sunup and over by first light.

But by 9 - 10 am it is always sunny and dry.
