Europe Cruise

Hi Everyone

 

I am looking at booking a Celebrity cruise to Europe for next year. Has anyone booked through Cruise Brothers or Cruise Value Center. They both have the same price, but I was wondering about customer service. How is it and if they charge any additional fees to make changes or anything.

I personally do not like cruise value center. They are located right near where I live. In the past I have booked with them and been pleased. Recently I had them low ball a price. When I went to book it they reneged on their offer.I did book the cruise with another agency. I haven't had any experience with the other agent you mentioned.
