Blue Lagoon Question - NCL Gem

I was recently on a CTN on the Gem. The Blue Lagoon closed at 11PM. Late night munchies were in the Garden Cafe and it just was not as good.

 

I was on the Gem in 2011 and the Blue Lagoon was open for late night munchies. I would like to know did the hours of the Blue Lagoon change or they just changed the hours for the CTN?

I was just on a 10 day cruise on the Gem last month and Blue Lagoon was open 24 hours. As you suggested, perhaps the more limited hours were just for the CTN.

I am sure they took advantage of the CTN and modified the hours...

 

I remember them being open "almost" 24 hours, with a brief shutdown around 4am-5am for cleanup.
