OBC: Refund of Unused Portion

We usually use all of our OBC but I know there is no way we will this time.

 

What's the easiest way to get a refund? I know it's been mentioned to put on your casino account, but how do you do that? Also is there another way to get the cash on the non-refundable OBC?.

On a cruise last month I just went to the service desk and got a cash refund the day of disembark. They would not let me leave the ship until the account was "settled". -Glenn

the easy way for the non refundable obc is to transfer from your cruise card to your casino account and then cash out but do it in one go other wise it will block you if you try more than once as the casino staff told us they are not an ATM and any onboard obc is to be used on the ship to purchase items
