Fos what night to do a specialty resturant

We are not into the mdr parades with the waiters so depending on what food they serve that evening maybe one of these nights might be a good choice to do a specialty meal.

We did chops grille on the 3rd evening as this was the menu night most waiters and some b2b guests were saying was the most unpopular. Hope this helps !
