Checking in at Different Times?

The majority of our party will already be in New Orleans the night before the cruise, with the final person flying in the morning of. Her flight is scheduled to land at 11am, whereas we would like to be in the terminal by that time. Am I correct to assume that the rest of us can check in without her? She will be putting her own credit card down for her shipboard account...

She will need to have a copy of the e-docs with the boarding pass and reservation number - or else she will not make it through security.

Not true. I would definitely recommend having a copy of the edocs. However, they are prepared for a few people to show up without their documents. It's just a lot quickler and simpler to get through with the edocs. Without them they have to track down the employee with the printed manifest who will come outside and check it against your ID and give you a pass to get past security. You do need proper ID though. Unfortunately we have been through this before...
