buffet on Caribbean Princess on formal night?

I know this is a dumb question.... What kind of food to they offer on the buffet on the formal nights in case we'd like to eat there instead of in the main dining room?

Not a dumb question at all; I seem to recall from our 4/30 CP that one of the formal nights had lobster at the buffet (Horizon or Caribe, can't recall which). So we loaded up on lobster at 6:00, off to the gym, get ready, and formal at 8:15 for dinner revisited :eek:
