The fare estimator at the Yellow Cab site quotes approx. $107 one-way from Hobby to the Galveston Cruise Terminal.

Thanks crazy4themouse. I know we could do the shuttle thing cheaper but I just want to get off the plane and get there without a bunch of waiting around.

Are taxis readily available at the Galveston Terminal for a return trip to Hobby after the cruise? There are at least 2 ships in port when we return to Galveston. We're traveling with pals who have a 12:20 flight out and I've been reading about the fog potential and immigration delays. I figure they need to self debark and get transport to the airport asap, rather than use the Princess transfer. :eek: We're torn between the private limo for them vs simply taking a cab.

 

HELP - we'd appreciate any input here as we make our final travel arrangements.
