Anyone sailed Allure during Christmas? I checked prices for 2013 just to get an idea of what 2014 prices would look like and for 3 people in inside room cost would be about $4500. Is it really worth spending that much? One of the 3 would be a 3 year old

We cruise over Christmas because I do not have to work between Christmas and New Years and it is one of the few times my DD's and DW's school schedules have the same time off. It's always nice for a cruise but it's nothing special. As far as I can tell. it is the most expensive time of the year. If I had a 3 yr old, I would cruise during a cheaper time of the year and let the 3 yr old experience th joy of Christmas morning at home. (Since you mentioned Christmas, I assumed you celebrate the holiday)
