Questions for recent Fascination cruisers

DH and I have a 4 day cruise coming up on the Fascination and I have a couple of questions. I have never done a short cruise and was wondering if you could tell me when elegant night is (we are on the November 15th sailing to Nassau and Freeport)? Also, do any of you know if they offer the wine and martini tastings on the shorter cruises?

 

Any other interesting information would be appreciated.

Just off her. Elegant night is the second day of your trip, the night after embarkation day. yes, i do recall seeing a wine tasting onboard.
