We are planning a wedding on Royal Caribbean in Galveston,Tx.

Can anyone tell me when non-sailing guest have to leave?

Typically, non-sailing guests must be off the ship at least one hour prior to sailing. So, if the ship sails at 4:40pm, all non-sailing guests must disembark by 3:30pm. But you should double check with the cruise line, as rules may vary depending on the port.
