Any experience with this hotel? Is there anything nearby (walking distance)?

Its a really commercial area. There is a gas station, a Denny's, Subway, and a McDonald's nearby. Use extreme caution crossing NW 36th Street as it is very heavily congested with car and truck traffic, and this area does not see a lot of pedestrians.

 

In the mall behind the Denny's there is a Latin restaurant (can't think of the name) I don't think it would be open late into the evening as its probably more of a breakfast/lunch place.
