HappyMe_ Posted May 24, 2005 #4 Share Posted May 24, 2005 I looked over the site rather well Doree, and I don't think there are mini fridges in all rooms. We are in a B1 for 2006 and there was no fridge listed. One of the expert ladies will let us know. I sure am learning a lot here.. thanks to everyone

Jim B Posted May 25, 2005 Author #7 Share Posted May 25, 2005 Hi Jan. Thank you for the info. I know I have spoken to you before, and written to you many times with questions. We are leaning to try Oceania but don't know when. To be fair to Oceania I thought it important to try and match up cabins to the Radisson Mariner or Voyager. 03/22/80 Commodore MS Caribe 02/15/03 Radisson Paul Gauguin 02/22/04 Norwegian Dream (ick) 11/12/04 Radisson Mariner 02/15/05 Radisson Diamond 12/27/05 Radisson Voyager
ClaudiaF Posted May 25, 2005 #8 Share Posted May 25, 2005 Jim the "A" category rooms with balcony on Oceania are similiar to the H thru D on Radisson Mariner.. although.. the bathroom on Mariner is bigger and no walk in closet on Oceania.

We are leaning to try Oceania but don't know when. To be fair to Oceania I thought it important to try and match up cabins to the Radisson Mariner or Voyager. Hi Jim..FYI, the ships themselves dont really match up..but neither do the prices..The two cruise lines are much different experiences each with their own plusses and minus..most people that come from Radisson to Oceania love the intimacy and coziness of the ships..the food is wonderful as is the service..if you check around..you can find group rates on Oceania where the gratuities are included on some of the trips..all I can say, is try it, you will like it! meow! Posted May 25, 2005 #10 Share Posted May 25, 2005 In size, the closest Oceania cabin to a standard balconied cabin on RSSC will be the PH minisuite (at 322 sq.ft. including balcony). Hope this helps.
Jim B Posted May 25, 2005 Author #11 Share Posted May 25, 2005 Thank you for the imput. I'm sure I can find it but since I am being lazy would you mind telling me what the minimum group size is? We almost always have a group of 4 couples, and sometimes 5. Pretty much realized the cabin sizes by looking at O's ship information.
