C&A Savings Certificates not updated

Hi,

 

I notice on the RCCL Australia site that each quarter's Crown & Anchor savings certificates are always slow to be updated, the current lot expired 30th Sept & we are almost in November!

 

I rang RCCL about it 2 weeks ago & still no update, so sent an email today.

 

Does this happen on the US site? It seems to be the norm on our Aussie site, voucher updates always lag weeks behind i find. :(

The US site is usually updated within a few days of the beginning of the quarter. Sometimes they put out new coupons with the old expiration dates, but this has been corrected in a few days.
