All of these HOT DEALS on the Mariner, what about my sailing?

The following sailings of the Mariner have "HOT DEALS":

August 7

August 21

August 28

 

Guess which sailing we're on? August 14th! No "hot deal" for us :(

I know!! I keep checking and they keep listing more hot deals but nothing for that week. Argh!! If our airline tickets hadn't already been purchased, I'd switch to a different week. Oh well!

I dont know what you paid but vacations to go has a deal on this sailing.

We paid about $4900 for 4 people, D1, the highly coveted cabin 1688.

 

Plus, we get $475 back from the online agency we booked through.

 

Just thought it odd that all the sailings around this date have HOT DEALS on the RCCL website. I will keep looking!

Don't feel too bad. I can't figure out what the "Hot Deal" is for the August 7 sailing. The prices are currently higher than when I booked 6 weeks ago! Seems like a marketing tactic to me.

No kidding! We are going on the July 17th sailing. Ours just keeps going up!

I kept watching for a Hot Deal for my summer sailing, and suddenly last week, my sailing became a Hot Deal. But, strangely, the prices didn't change at all for any category. Only difference was the little red "Hot Deal" tag. So, don't feel bad if you don't get a Hot Deal. Didn't seem to make a bit of difference. :(
