Barcelona La Ribera

Hi Carol,

No particular reason other than it was in the "Old Town" and though it might be a section of town to visit. I notice you suggest the Hotel 1898. Is this a long ride to the airport, as we have a 10:45AM departure?

Thanks for your response.

If you fancy the Gothic quarter (old town) my recommendation would be the Hotel Colon. If you want something a little cheaper there is the sister hotel Regencia Colon.

As far as I am aware, I have never suggested Hotel 1898

Do not worry about distance from the airport. None of the hotels in central Barcelona are far from the airport and, in this respect, it makes no difference which you choose.
