It is my understanding that any a alcohol brough in the ships store is kept for you and delivered to your room the night before or morning of deembarkcation.

That is correct. You can bring your own alcohol on board with you. But any you buy on board in the shop will be delivered to you before you debark.

Does the alcohol you bring on have to be in an unopened sealed bottle? If possible, I would like to bring a partial bottle or rum rummer instead of a full bottle.
