2 questions for fantasy 7 day eastern Caribbean please

We have reservations for January 26,2013 7 night cruise on fantasy. Does anyone have a day 1 navigator. With entertainment schedule for week listed. It would be appreciated if anyone knows Disney theater schedule for week. Secondly, can someone tell me how you reserve nursery hours. In what time increments. By the quarter hour, half hour, hour. Like 7:15,7:30. Does it matter?? Thank you for all your help
