Pullmantur Empress

Just back from a week round the Med'. We had to buy ear plugs as the noise levels were ear damagingly loud. Tannoy messages 5 times an hour promoting hair and beauty offers, jackpot bingo, kids club (though only 25 kids on board) etc. etc. The evening shows were so loud you still had to wear the ear plugs and were all amateur karaoke with dancing.

The all inclusive drinks were not bad...wine at dinner good but cocktails were definitely watered down or using cheap brands of spirit (though they advertise Gordon's gin etc.).

Ship is badly designed...atrium has library and card room off it....again very noisy. Nowhere to go to read a book quietly. Staff excellent and food acceptable but the noise levels will mean I will never be back.
