Serenade of the Seas 2007 C&A Cruise

We were on AOS last week and booked a Crown and Anchor cruise for January 2007, there are no inside cabins available and the main seating is already full. We are waitlisted for main seating and booked a balcony. Does anyone know why this ship has little availability and the cruise is nearly 2 years away?
