best shopping places in western caribean

Now we booked Carnival Glory in SEPT. and I am wondering which

port is best(most reasonable) for shopping (good quality clothes).

 

We will stop at the following places:

 

Belize

Cozumel

Progresso

 

Which place is better for shopping and which for excursion like

maja sites ?

most say cozumel, our group thought we got the best buys in belize, i tend to believe all the ports are the same, jsut have to bargain harder in some.

Cozumel Is My Favorite...go Downtown Away From The Pier...we Have Gotten Great Jewelry Buys There.

As of June 18(?) Progesso has been dropped from the Glory's intinerary. Previous threads indicated prices were better than Cozumel.
