Last time we had it you still got access to the Concierge lounge as well. Some say it's noisy but our daughter (16 at the time) said she didn't hear a thing at night.

In 2011 it was almost identical. A couple of nick nacks might have changed but that's about it. We were on the Liberty not the Freedom though.

 

Oh you also get shampoo, lotion and stuff like suites do as well.
