Considering booking the Breeze southern itin for next fall...input please

Looking for input on other's opinions on the difference between the Breeze and a Conquest class ship AND what family friendly excursions there are available in the ports (got GT covered, need the scoop on La Romana DR, Curacao and Aruba).

We did the 4x4 Jeep tour in Aruba and LOVED it. It by far the best excursion we've been on!

We're on same Itinerary in January.

 

In GT we booked Carnival's GT Catamaran and Snorkel (there's a similar Catamaran and Beach); there's also a independent Island Tours Tram Tour nearby, I think for $29pp. Otherwise this is a perfect Beach Day, right at the ship. Free beach chairs at (pricey) Margaritaville and reasonable food a few hundred yards down the beach.

 

There's pretty much zero at the Port in La Romana and none of the excursions (except highly recommended ZipLine @$99pp) so we're staying on board and taking advantage of Serenity and Pool.

 

Curacao we're doing a self-guided walking tour of Willemstad and family dinner in the Cuchina that evening.

 

In Aruba we booked "Bully" for private 3 (maybe 4 Hour) Island Tour w/ beach time $45 per hour for the van - 5 PAX max.
