adkcruiser Posted November 13, 2012 #1 Share Posted November 13, 2012 Has anyone that was provided a future cruise discount because of itinerary changes due to Hurricane Sandy been able to submit the "redemption form" to CCL after booking a future cruise? I have tried on multiple occasions and the "submit" button at the bottom of the page does not appear to be a live link. I have emailed Carnival but have yet to receive any reply. The regular number will have to call another department to get the okay or they'll transfer you directly to speak with them--I forget what it's called--Customer Service or something along those lines. I rebooked my cancelled cruise and didn't bother to attempt the crazy link they put on that paper they gave us--just called and they took care of it.
