Tabyana Beach & Snorkel in Roatan

I am having a hard time booking my shore excursions in Roatan, Honduras through NCL - anyone have info on the Tabyana Beach & Snorkel in this port and if it will be available to book on the pier???

Update....Shore excursions went on line live yesterday to pre-reserve on the NCL website...hopefully we can book now.... No luck with faxing and calling NCL.
