JimandStan Posted November 14, 2012 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2012 on Caribbean cruises with Key West as last port of call, is customs at first port of US entry? Key West has a full fledged Customs Office these days: http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/toolbox/contacts/ports/fl/5202.xml

LaCroisiereS'amuse Posted November 14, 2012 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2012 On my Lisbon to NYC last month we called at Bar Harbor & Portland before NYC. Immigraton was at first point of entry to the US i.e. Bar Harbor. Customs inspection was at NYC as that was a full disembarkation with baggage rather than just a port of call. :)
Hambagahle Posted November 14, 2012 #5 Share Posted November 14, 2012 The last time we came to Key West before Miami we went though Immigration on board before going ashore in Key West. Since key West is in the US and I am European I have to think that either I go through Immig. In Key West OR they don't let me off the ship! PS. My husband (American) went through Immigration twice.. Was called for the US lot and then came to see where I was in our queue... And got "processed" again!!
