Which extra dining venues cost $$ on Breeze?

I haven't really paid much attention to the conversations since plans were announced. Am I correct in thinking that the Cucina for dinner (but not lunch) is extra, coffee house and the steak house, but other than that everything else (Guy's, Red Frog munchies, Blue Iguana Mexican, sushi, BBQ, hot dog place, etc.) is all included in cruise fare?

There is sushi on the lido deck for dinner on Breeze, but Bonsai Sushi is extra

Believe Cuchina to be $12 (apparently served Family Style if several order same entree?), Pub Food at Red Frog Pub is a charge and Sushi is a charge and of course Steak house is charge. We'll be confirming all this 05 January! ken

Ken, we just got off Breeze a few weeks ago....you are absolutely correct on all, including the "Family Style" serving on multiple orders from same group at Cucina Italian restaurant (which was very very good, highly recommend trying it)....however, no fee if you go eat there at lunch.
