kids on the Barcelona-Canary Islands trip?

Has anyone done the Barcelona to Canary Islands trip with kids? I'm just starting to research it as a possibility for March 2014 on the Spirit. We will have done the Caribbean 3 times, and are looking for something different for a spring break cruise. Kids will be 8 and 6. Thoughts?

Last year it was the Jade doing the canaries run.

 

Check UK and US pricing they can vary by quite a bit.

 

Also check school dates for spain, no UK holidays in March so potentialy fewer kids.

Just back from the Spirit last night..

 

They have a great kids programs, nice facility...and the whole rear of Deck 10 is kid's pool and play area.
