Hampton Inn or Sheraton OSJ??

We are staying in San Juan pre-cruise for 2 nights. We have reservations at the Hampton Inn and the Sheraton OSJ. The Sheraton is about $200 more. Is it worth the extra expense to stay there. If anyone has stayed at the Hampton Inn, how convenient is it without a car??

Hampton Inn at Isla Verde? Near airport and at beach.

yes it is the Hampton Inn Isla Verde. Is it convenient enouhj to get around without renting a car?? We want to go to Old San Juan. Is thiis worth saving $200 by not staying at the Sheraton in OSJ??

We have two different friends who live in SJ. Both recommended Isla Verde. It is next to the air port and has the best beach in SJ with plenty of good restaurants and clubs.

 

There is a bus to OSJ for 25 cents or a quick taxi from the hotel.

 

Most hotels in OSJ do not have elevators and are noisy due to ld construction.
