Anyone bring a fan recently?

Headed out next month on the Allure. I have brought plug-in fans on Carnival and NCL in the past few years. Has anyone tried to bring a fan recently? Thank you.

Yes, I always take my small battery operated fan and took it on the Brilliance a couple weeks ago. Never tried to take a plug-in.

Yes was on the Navigator on the 17 me and my son in law both took one that plugs in and got them both on with no problems.

What a great idea, never even cross my mind, but the flowing air would be welcome!

Took one on the Allure on the 10/28 cruise. No problem getting on the ship. But I took it back in my carry on bag and TSA was very concerned. They emptied my carry on and then handled the fan like it was a bomb. Once they figured out I was telling the truth, I was cleared to move on.

Yes, it was a plug in. I got it in the camping section of Walmart, so you could also use 8 C batteries I think, but I didn't want the extra weigh in my luggage!
