Mullet Bay Beach is beautiful but only has a pot-o-potty. Le Gallion or Karakter beach bar at Simpson Bay are also great choices.

Friar's Beach has everything except the large crowds and if your up for it a walk from there to Happy Bay Beach is breathtaking and very private. Great food at Kali's Beach Bar on Friar's!

Happy Bay is a beautiful beach but no washroom facilities when we visited a few years ago.

If you ask your drop off driver to pick you up then no problem, with 7 ships in port on the day you are there it might be worth considering! I wouldn't even trust a taxi to pick me up when there are 7 ships in port. It might not be worth the driver's time or effort on a day like that. We now the island well so we have a good plan for the day. We will rent a car at the port and head north. Our teen daughters want to shop in Philipsburg so we will drop them off in town, turn the car in and walk back to town and meet them at the open bar on Front St.. I don't want to even have to deal with parking in town on that day.
