Carnival says arrive early

We've been hearing about the emails Carnival sends out trying to get some to arrive at the port later, after 1pm or whatever. Just got an email from them for our cruise Sunday, it says arrive between 10:30 & 12:30 to beat the rush. Just thought it was interesting.
