angel24_ga Posted December 6, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 6, 2012 Does anyone know if you are able to switch cabins while onboard? For instance, Passenger A & B booked in Oceanview Passenger C & D booked in Balcony I need to switch both cabins completly and put Passenger C & D in oceanview Passenger A & B in balcony Hope this isn't too confusing. golfadj Posted December 6, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2012 Everybody needs to go to guest services once on board and they will do the switching for you.
kiraryker Posted December 6, 2012 #3 Share Posted December 6, 2012 Yes - we do it every time - that is also why it's nice to have FTTF because those customer service lines can be LONG!!
angel24_ga Posted December 6, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted December 6, 2012 ok good. I knew we could switch 1 passenger in each cabin, but I wasn't sure about switching both.
ccruisequeen Posted December 6, 2012 #5 Share Posted December 6, 2012 Just make sure luggage tags are for right cabins so you don't have to lug them to cabins too.
