Anyone used Out of Sight Tours in Albany?

I'm considering using Out of Sight Tours in Albany but have not seen any comments on them on Cruise Critic. Trip Advisor has 100% excellent ratings but I've been fooled by Trip Advisor 100% ratings before. Has anyone used them?
