Carnival amenities

Thinking about booking the Glory in 2013. Does Carnival still provide the basket of samples in the bathroom? That was a nice amenity a few years back.

Seems like every ship is different, but there are very few samples...we did get 2 razors the last cruise.

I agree depends on the ship.. we have had the basket with lots of stuff.. we have had the basket with one toothpaste... hard to say..

You can't depend on whats going to be there. I stopped bringing a razor then one cruise I had to buy one 'cus there was none in the basket. Its hit or miss mostly toothpaste & shampoo type stuff the last couple of years. But yes they still provide samples.

I got toothpaste samples and shampoo samples, that's it and that's all, glad i took my on supplies, i would have had bad breath that week.;)

On the Magic in March there were no razors and my cabin steward said that as the ships ran out of them they would no longer be restocked. On the Conquest in September, no razors.

 

Even the toothpaste samples are single use samples, but I did get 2 travel size deodorants this past cruise.
