nbturfman Posted December 9, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Hey Folks, Taking the kids on Indy next week as a surprise Christmas gift. We have concerns in Jamaica about safety and are looking at this resort day pass. Has anyone gone there recently or have experience taking a day pass in Ocho Rios? Are they worth it? lori68 Posted December 9, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Hey Folks, Taking the kids on Indy next week as a surprise Christmas gift. We have concerns in Jamaica about safety and are looking at this resort day pass. Has anyone gone there recently or have experience taking a day pass in Ocho Rios? Are they worth it? We're on the Dec 16th Indy Cruise. We've booked day passes for that resort as it is the only one who allows kids. I've read lots of reviews for it and people who bought passes were quite happy with the resort facilities. How old are your kids?
southern traveler Posted December 10, 2012 #3 Share Posted December 10, 2012 Not sure about the sunset jamaica grand but we sailed into Falmouth and booked the sunset resort and spa in montego Bay. They sent a shuttle forus a that picked us up inside the gates and brought us back to to port without any problems. The resort itself was nice, had 5 pools 2 water slides and did allow children. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool and beach. Lunch and drinks were included Nothing real fancy but we enjoyed and felt safe the whole time.
