Breeze Questions

Breeze docks in Falmouth.......To get to the closest beach is $24. pp cab ride and entrance to beach. There is shopping right when you exit the ship. Montego Bay is 30 minutes away. Ocho Rios not far either.

My travel agent said they would put us (a family of 3) on a large table with other cruisers. We decided to go anytime dining. We always had our own table in anytime. we booked 60 days in advance and only 2nd seating was available anyway. We like to eat earlier.

Enjoy!!

Does the ship dock in Falmouth or Ocho Rios?

If you have traditional dining with young children do they seat you with a group or do they try to seat you at a small table that will only accomdate a single family?

To set the record straight...the Breeze docks in Ocho Rios for the 6 day versions that stop in Jamaica, with the exception of the January 13, 2013 sailing that stops in Montego Bay. None of the upcoming cruises between now and April of 2014 stop in Falmouth..

Just got off the 6 day Eastern Caribbean sailing of the Breeze (12/2) and we docked at Falmouth. The itinerary will specify exactly which port city.

We had our kids with us and opted for Anytime, and were always seated just by ourselves - you just step up to the hostess and say table for for or whatever.

As far as seating goes....this really depends.

In my experience when I have sailed with my children I have both been placed with other families and also seated alone.

Personally, I love seating with others. I am a single parent and when I have sailed with my children and been seated with others it was always another single parent with kids around the same age as mine.

Seating is determined on a "sailing-by-sailing" basis depending on the # and make-up of all the other cruisers.
