I don't remember there being any.

 

Not at Terminal J, which is the one that Oceania uses, anyway.

 

We were last in Miami on an Oceania Back to Back and I recall people going to the Starbucks in the Bayside Marketplace and the McDonalds on 2nd Avenue for Wifi.
