Stingray City & Beach recommendations??

Our ship arrives in George Town, Grand Cayman • Jan 9, 2013 • 09:00 AM. We are looking to do a Stingray City swim and a beach stop. None of the ship excursions do that, they all have extra tours stops or an addition dive / snorkel stop. We want to do the swim with Stingray and then just veg on a beach. Any recommendations or tour operators to check out?

I booked with Island Marketing, it's a jet ski tour to the stingray island and stop at rum point beach. Don't go til March so can't tell ya how it is yet. But heard some good reviews. There's many options out there, if you're willing to pay more you can do a private tour and make up your own stops if there's a beach you'd prefer.
