bozza Posted December 16, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 16, 2012 On Royal Caribbean we used to have a bottle of wine at dinner, but if we didn't finish it the waiter would save it for us for the next night. Do Celebrity offer this? We are going on our first Celebrity cruise on the Eclipse on 22nd September 2013 and booked in October and have been reading in the papers that they are now offering this cruise with drinks included!! Ah well, we did get $500 OBC though!!
hurwitz5 Posted December 16, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 16, 2012 We were on the Cekebrity Century in October 2012. You can save your wine in the dining room. If you don't finish the bottle, the wine steward will take the bottle away and bring it back the following night.
bozza Posted December 16, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted December 16, 2012 Thanks for that, we don't want to get a drinks package as we don't really drink that much and ours is a port intensive cruise.
boogs Posted December 16, 2012 #4 Share Posted December 16, 2012 We were on the Cekebrity Century in October 2012. You can save your wine in the dining room. If you don't finish the bottle, the wine steward will take the bottle away and bring it back the following night. They will even transfer it to a specialty restaurant if that is where you are dining the next night. Just tell the wine steward where and they will arrange for the bottle to be available there. Kartgv Posted December 16, 2012 #5 Share Posted December 16, 2012 Yes, they will save it for you for the next night. Or, you can take it with you to enjoy in your room. On our September Century cruise, we were also able to buy a bottle of wine in the Rendezvous Lounge for cocktail hour and have what we didn't drink saved there for the next night. garycarla Posted December 17, 2012 #7 Share Posted December 17, 2012 Or, as said, take to your room. Or fill the glass and just walk with it, to a lounge, on deck or your room.
