When Michael Bayley took over as CEO earlier this year, he posted that email address.

 

It still does work. I had a couple of issues with my Hawaii cruise on the Century that ended this month and wrote on Sunday. I received a phone call to discuss these issues and anything else I wanted to talk about from someone in his office today.
