What time to arrive at cruise terminal?

With a 4 pm departure time, I would arrive early rather than late, meaning getting to the pier around noon. That way, you'll probably be able to have lunch onboard and explore the ship at a leisurely pace before the sailaway party gets underway.

We are Latitudes members, and my parents are elderly. So we arrive early to try and avoid the lines. Noon one time and 11:30 the other time. Being Latitudes members helps, as we didn't have to wait in line at all. Both times we were settled into our rooms and having lunch before 1:00.

We are sailing on the NCL Spirit on Saturday. How early can we/should we arrive at the cruise terminal??

Last year we arrived around 11:00 (no lines) and they started boarding around 11:45. We dropped off our carry-on in our stateroom and were having a great lunch in Windows at noon! We had a seat right by the window watching the loading of all the supplies and people. It was rather entertaining!

Have a great cruise!!! Our time has arrived (finally)!!!
