The Inn at the Harbor Steps is in an apartment building across from the Seattle Art Museum about 2 blocks from the Pike Place Market and up the steps from the Waterfront. I have been in this property and I thought the rooms were very nice. I don't know about a place to eat there though, but you are very close to the Waterfront.

Thank You! We did book The Inn At The Harbor Steps. They have Parking that we can leave the car at for the week. We will just take a taxi to the pier. I do want to eat at the Spaghetti Factory one night. Thank you again for the info.

When you arrive at the Inn you will need to pull your car into the loading zone on 1st Avenue and then you will get a parking garage pass. You then drive around the block to the garage.
